Vacuum Plating Technology

This process occur in vacuum at working pressure (10-2 to 10-4 mbar) and generally involve bombardment of the substrate to be coated with energetic positively charged ions during the coating process to promote high density.

Substrates : Plastics (PP,ABS,PVC etc.) Glass, ceramics, metals and the other materials that can be suitable for Vacuum environment.
Target : Cr, Cu, Al, Ni and 54 different types of metals can be plated with unlimited combination
Platible Part dimensions : 450 x 900 x 300 mm (LxWxD)
Capacity : 20 million dm² / year

DECORATIVE COATINGS

Decorative PVD Coatings, metallic effects at different gloss levels and functionalities. Nearly all kind of plastics are suitable for PVD process.

DECORATIVE HARD COATINGS

Colored PVD layers on plastic and metal in different gloss levels.

FUNCTIONAL HARD COATINGS

Multi-layer coating systems on components, tools and industrial knives to minimize abrasion etc.
