The main activity of BPlas is plastic injection moulding. The equipment used comprises 103 injection machines with a total clamping force of 40 to 5,000 tons. The company also uses other techniques and processes such as hybrid, gas injection, bi-injection and injection onto textiles as well as in-mould assembly coating (decoration). As IMD-Technology, BPlas uses the TR - Type, an ink system transfer with high registration.
In addition to painted or unpainted parts, other surface features of Torpedo, bumpers and door panels are produced, as well as inner and outer parts.
